China Country Sales Director (Satellite, Beijing)

My client, a leading Microwave/Satellite Communication related product vendor, is looking for a China Country Sales Director to be based in Beijing, China. The successful candidate will be the Head of their Greater China region (China Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan).

The right candidate should:
1. be degree qualified in engineering related major with excellent both English and Chinese communication skills
2. have 8+ years sales, management and technical support experience in microwave, satellite communication, radar/antenna related products. Previous knowledge and sales experience with high power amplifier (HPA) will be a plus. Previous Satellite communication industry sales experience in Greater China is a must
3. have a track record of sales in a multi-national company. Previous experience of helping a western company build up business in Greater China from the very beginning will be a plus.
