Our Norwich based client have an immediate requirement for a Claims Administrator. The Group has achieved outstanding levels of growth since its inception and are now looking to expand its sphere of operations. To facilitate this exciting new phase they are seeking to recruit bright, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide administrative support and to assist in the preparation of reports, act as client liaison and contribute to the smooth running of the new business.
The role will involve extracting data into the internal database to ensure that client instruction packs are complete. Liaising with clients and internally on deadlines, missing information, report parameters etc. The successful applicant will hold excellent academic qualifications, particularly in English and Maths, and be computer literate with a very proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel. Good typing skills are mandatory. All these skills will be extensively tested so application without then is not advisable. In addition to the wholly essential skills you will also have a systematic and analytical nature and be logical, numerate, capable of evaluating data, preparing and delivering accurate and detailed reports. An interest in motor vehicles will be beneficial and a proven background in an enthusiastic, positive and fast-paced commercial environment will also be required.

Office hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and we offer 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
