Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Advisor to provide an in-house claims service throughout the company, offering guidance, support and assistance to ensure client claims are processed to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner.
You will be dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and in person; ensuring all documentation is accurately produced and distributed to clients; documenting all instructions/conversations with clients; developing and maintain relationships with insurers, loss adjusters and other third parties; maintaining filing systems and ensure that processing is up to date at all times; dealing with complaints; and ensuring daily diary management.
You must have Property and/or Commercial Insurance experience.
