- Min Grade C at GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and telephone manner.
- Good communication skills – written and oral.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- An understanding of Insurance products and also technical awareness of the principles of insurance and compliance issues that surround it.
- Previous experience of working within a claims dept.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

- Previous experience of dealing with Pet Insurance Claims
