We are seeking applications for the post of Cleaning Manager to cover sites in the Aberdeen and surrounding areas. Our client is a major provider of facilities management services and this role involves responsibility for the effective day to day running of a number of cleaning and soft services contracts.
You will have good geographical knowledge of the territory and be happy to travel as required. Duties include:
- Staff management, recruitment and deployment
- Operational efficiency including ordering of consumables, budget planning and basic payroll management
- Maintenance of standards in line with Service Level Agreements and conduction of regular site Audits
- Ensuring Health & Safety (including COSHH) compliance across all locations
You must be highly organised and motivated and will encourage this attitude in your team. Each site will operate part-time team members so you must manage your time and resources effectively to ensure the highest standards are achieved across your Account.
You will ideally provide a background in a similar role however, we are keen to receive applications from any candidates who demonstrate strong people management and organisational skills. You must be IT literate and MUST hold a full, clean driving license as a company vehicle will be provided with this position.
