What we do –

  • ·Organise, market and run seminars and conferences on a wide range of topical issues which are of interest to managers and human resources professionals
  • ·Provide advice, support and training on all aspects of management, human resources and personal impact development to managers and human resources professionals on an in-company basis
  • ·Provide strategic human resources consulting advice and implementation on an in-company basis
  • ·Provide consulting advice on talent management, organizational change and development

The Role

This is a demanding role requiring excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of professional and blue-chip clients under the leadership of the Client Director to ensure that they receive professional, knowledgeable and on-going customer service. The role is extremely varied so that in any one day, the successful applicant will be making travel and accommodation bookings for the Client Director/trainer, organizing course documentation, contributing to the drafting of proposals and tenders and making business development calls to existing clients to optimize opportunities for JSB to provide learning and development interventions.

Who we are looking for –

A customer-focused, highly organized, lively and enthusiastic individual for whom customer service is second nature as is the prospect of developing excellent professional relationships with clients, but who is equally at home with MS suite, database and other aspects of administration associated with this role. Needless to say, verbal skills must be matched by written skills as there is a great deal of telephone and written contact with clients as well as opportunities to contribute to some of the more challenging aspects of JSB’s work. The successful applicant should think of themselves as a team player and a perfectionist, and be ambitious to succeed in a challenging role.
