Client Accountant – Property Mgmt Accounts
An experienced Client Accountant is required for this small, successful and friendly private practice which provides a wide range of property investment and management services to its corporate and private clients. You will be experienced in Residential Property Management and will be involved in all aspects of the property management accounting process, working on your own portfolio and dealing with all accounting aspects relating to this.
You will ideally also have experience of the current TRAMPS (PMA) system.
As you be liaising fully with Clients/Clients Advisers excellent communictation skills are also required.
