An exciting new opportunity for a Client Accountant with a proven track record within the property sector. To perform in this role you will need a strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping and knowledge of accounting reports. You will also be covering service charges in terms of all reconciliation and resolving any funding issues, effectively the primary contact to site staff for properties in the portfolio.
An understanding of property VAT calculation and application is important in this role. You will be using excel on a regular basis to run regular client rent statements and arrears reports, utilising your analytical skills for problem solving and reconciling bank statements, balance sheets and general management accounts reports.
