Database Support Assistant
Lifeways Community Care is a private company that provides support to adults with learning disabilities, multiple health needs, acquired brain injuries, autistic spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, sensory and communication impairments.
We have a business application system, Coldharbour, which plans and records all details required to provide the highest quality care to our service users. The information recorded on Coldharbour is used to plan the care provided, including matching support users with carers, and is the key data to process invoicing and payroll. We have a dedicated team responsible for the accuracy of the information recorded and are looking for new members.
As a member of the Coldharbour team your responsibilities will include;
·Setting up contracts for new service users on Coldharbour.
·Updating contracts for revised funding and/or delivery requirements.
·Working with countrywide offices to create and/or update individual care plans for new clients on Coldharbour.
·Updating carers to new teams.
·Key contact to Service Managers and Team Leaders to update care rotas to record changes from planned to actually delivered.
·Provide regular management reporting to Area and Regional Managers and Head Office
·General support.
The ideal candidate would be:
I.T. literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and knowledge of Coldharbour would be desirable, however full training will be provided on Coldharbour.
Candidates must have a good telephone manner.
Well organised and the able to cope with competing demands.
Basic sequel server knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.
