To manage multiple Team / Client relationships & drive quality of Client deliverables via supervision of Team outputs.
Key Responsibilities of this role include;
Uses an enhanced understanding of client needs and a detailed knowledge of dh Media & Insight solutions to enhance & extend Client engagements.
Internally QA's & mentors team members; actively role models dh Values & establishes / maintains Team Professional standards & use of Power of 2.
Has an extensive knowledge of dunnhumby internal systems & key contacts & manages Team interactions (as appropriate to role).
Managing consultative support for the client; being seen as an authority on their customers and assisting in developing integrated insight & media strategies.
Targets and develops future revenue opportunities for each client.
Provides a thorough understanding of dh products/services in the context of competitor propositions, sector/industry developments.
An effective networker, developing strong relationships & detailed understanding of client organisations.
Personal Specification:
Knowledge/ Qualifications
Essential
• Educated to Degree level
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook Desirable
• Educated to Degree level in a related field
• Language skills
Work Experience Essential
• FMCG experience or agency dealing with such
• Rounded commercial experience (sales and marketing)
• Working to financial targets Desirable
• Team management
• Grocery retail experience
• Structured career development supported by appropriate training
• Experience of several different category areas
Behavioural Competencies Essential
• Strong customer focus

• Experience interacting at senior management level
