The Company A well known and recognised leader in administration within the Pensions arena is looking to recruit a Client Manager to ensure the service provided to the allocated clients is of the best possible standard.
The Role The Client Manager will be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and taking action when service levels are not satisfactory. You will be responsible for establishing and developing client relationships which will require you to attend client and trustee meetings, presenting information to clients, including industry developments and best practice and provide administration knowledge and expertise, so a understanding of DB and DC pensions administration is required. You will also overseeing the implementation of new services in line with development targets and liaise with staff in operation and specialist areas to effectively achieve client service.
The Person The ideal candidate will have gained previous exposure to Pension scheme benefit administration and have an up to date knowledge of appropriate legislative and regulatory requirements and changes. You will also have previously performed a client facing/management role, able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, ensuring you effectively prioritise your workload. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with strong project management and analytical skills and experience of management of people.
The Benefits In return for your hard work and experience you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience and also an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday and the option to buy or sell and addition 5 days, a good pensions package and the option for additional study support.
