Alliance Manager –
Software Solutions
Field/Office Based - Based anywhere in the UK
c£60,000

Our client is a
fast growing international company that offers innovative solutions for the
automatic identification of goods and people. As an award winning company,
they’re always on the lookout for talented individuals who are innovative,
motivated and passionate. A unique opportunity has now arisen for an Alliance
Manager to join their team.
For this key appointment, our client is
looking to recruit someone with key account experience, knowledge of software
solutions and experience in one of the following industries: warehouse,
logistics, manufacturing or retail.
Covering the UK initially, as
an Alliance Manager you will play a pivotal role in the development of client
relationships. Specifically, you will visit existing clients in order to
identify potential opportunities to sell additional software solutions and
services.
Your duties will include:
- Exploring potential
relationships with integrators and merchandising vendors across retail,
manufacturing and logistics industries
- Ensuring successful relationships
are built and maintained with clients
- Providing detailed reports to the
Sales Director and Marketing Director
- Ensuring an ongoing review of
business opportunities and contribution to enterprise sales pipeline
To
be considered for this position, you must have:
- Experience in a client
relationship role, including a track record of managing key accounts and
providing ROI to the business
- Knowledge of software solutions/systems
integration
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
warehouse & logistics, manufacturing or retail
As an Alliance Manager, you
should also be an excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to
develop relationships and ‘hit the ground running’.
This role can be
based anywhere in the UK,
however travel to the company’s site in Ascot, Berkshire, will be required frequently, as well as clients
with alliances and partners on a regular basis.
This position commences
in January 2010.
