My client is a very exciting retail insight consultancy with an enviable client list and international pedigree. They are looking for a really passionate Client Service Manager with exemplary client management skills & preferably one of abovementioned languages. You will be involved in client change management
programmes, audits, benchmarking, analytics, satisfaction surveys, brand experience evaluation, presenting insights, etc. This is a really varied role which will suit a natural relationship builder who wants to progress rapidly within the business.
Ideal Candidate:
* A proven track record within retail & technology research agency/consultancy/insight
* Extensive experience of client management (you must be really devoted to providing highest level of service to clients & have a keen eye for detail)
* Fantastic analytical skills - ability to interpret data and "tell the story" to the client
* Ability to manage projects from inception to delivery - you will be managing programme change etc
* Good organisation skills
* Knowledge of Word/Excel/Powerpoint and willingness to manage own administration
