Client Services/Account Director – Legal Sector
Based: London
Salary: £100K OTE – base to £75 + car allowance + 20K bonus.
Permanent or interim position available
The company Our client is a market leader within the Recruitment, Outsourcing and Talent Management sector. They are looking to recruit an on-site Talent/Resourcing Manager to be responsible for the resources practices and procedures on behalf of their customer.
The role You will work closely with the customers HR, marketing and management teams in order to further develop and improve the existing recruitment processes. This will include retention of existing staff as well as attracting new talent to the organisation by various means, and using the most cost effective methods.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the service levels making sure that all service level agreements are adhered to and always looking at ways to continuously improve the service given.
Your skill set You will have expertise in delivering at Account Director level into the Legal sector with experience of recruiting for ( Lawyers, Solicitors, Para-legal’s, Intellectual Property specialists, qualified professionals) and will have the relevant skill base and proven successful track record of working within a recruitment management/talent management/HR management capacity with thorough knowledge of the recruitment policies and operational procedures.
Your talent acquisition skills are second to none and you have a portfolio of proven senior level hires in the Legal Sector.
Exceptional man-management experience is also required as you will be responsible for the management of the on-site recruitment team, being responsible for their career development and tracking their performance by set KPI’s.
