Client Services Manager (Utilities, Electricity)
Our client is a leading specialist UK consultancy providing impartial advice, technical skills, assurance and programme management services predominantly within the regulated industries (electricity, gas, environment, water and telecoms sectors). Their business is making these markets work effectively, and with integrity.
They are currently looking to recruit a Delivery Manager to join their Electricity Team.
Position: Delivery Manager - Electricity
Location: London
Salary: £38 ? 42k + Excellent benefits package
ROLE:
The role will be responsible for managing the delivery of market-level consultancy services, including secretariat and assurance services required in administering the Master Registration Agreement (MRA), the multilateral customer switching agreement for electricity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
b) Overseeing, managing the development and delivery of services to clients by providing leadership, support and knowledge to the delivery team.
c) Planning and organising own and team resources to deliver an efficient and high quality service.
d) Investigate and recommend improvements to current operational procedures to improve client satisfaction.
e) Maximising client relationships and support tenders in order to assist with business development opportunities.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
a) Experience of working within a management or mentoring role and managing resources effectively.
b) Experience of managing and delivering high quality services to clients through meeting targets. Also experience in a customer facing role is essential.
c) Experience of working within the Utilities Industry, specifically within electricity, with sound understanding of how the industry is structured and operates.
d) A sound knowledge of project management and project development life cycles.
e) Excellent interpersonal skills and strong client relationship skills.
f) Ability to manage clients and contribute to a successful team environment.
