Client Support Consultant
A leading independent travel Retailer is looking for Client Support Consultants to work in their lively upbeat Cardiff office.You responsibilities will see you dealing with all client post sales queries, helping answer any questions that the clients may have about their forthcoming holiday.This will see you communicating any changes or amendments to a booking, adding any extras to a booking and always providing an excellent customer service at all times.You will be joining one of the best client support teams in the business, so you must have a passion for travel, strong customer focused communication skills, with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality. Experience of working in customer services, either face to face or over the phone, is desired.
