Job Role

The role as a Client Support Team Manager will involve:

  • Day to day management of team through development of direct reports
  • Problem solving client queries preventing recurrence of issues
  • Detailed forecasting, capacity planning and resource management
  • Delivering process improvement to drive operations effectiveness and efficiency
  • Leading and working with other departments on cross functional improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent communication skills with strong customer service skills
  • Operations management, capacity planning, resource management, visual performance
  • Change management, process and quality improvement
  • Previous exposure of a payroll service environment is desirable

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
