This expanding specialist manufacturing company have an excellent opportunity for a articulate and conscientious office administrator to join their busy team. The company have a need for an experienced administrator to assist in the day to day running of the office, including organising events, sales order processing, liaising with internal teams
* Qualification- Candidates for this role are anticipated to hold an excellent academic background, educated to a 2.1 degree level (scientific discipline advantageous). * Location- Warwick, West Midlands * Start date - November 2009 * Experience- The successful candidate for this role will hold previous administrative experience and ideally be looking to take the next step to a deputy level position. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate a good telephone manner, enthusiastic manner, excellent organisational and time keeping skills and be willing to take responsibility for their area of work. * Salary- £18,000 * Company- Specialist manufacturer
Duties Include: - Taking on a crucial part in the company, assisting in the overseeing of the day to day running of the office - Liaising with internal design and technical teams - liaising with clients and sales teams to process orders - Production planning (Full training will be given) - Credit control - Organisation of transport, meetings - Keeping up to date with new product information
