Made up of a mix of analysts and researchers, this team provides joined up thinking about customer behaviour in order to drive innovation and enhanced customer experience. Working across all markets, this team provides research and insight across all regions.
The team has a wide range of influence across the business, from helping to develop insight to inform brand campaigns, to working with the prototyping and user experience teams to develop new and engaging products.
The Customer Analysis Manager role is a mix of hands-on analysis, answering a wide range of questions about customer behaviour and driving innovation.The role will involve working across the full product range and will be of critical importance in helping maximize the effectiveness of all marketing communications. The CAM will also need to work closely with other insight teams in the business, including Business Intelligence and Web Analytics, in order to provide the most complete picture possible of their customers. The person taking on this role should expect to present regularly to senior management and also be an evangelist for customer understanding.
In summary, key responsibilities include:
- Provide customer behaviour analytics across all products
- Manage existing customer propensity models
- Develop new techniques and models to increase effectiveness of marketing activities which use customer data
- Develop new data management techniques to make best use of Data Warehouse and site analytics data, together with the site analytics team
- Create and present insights to senior managers across the business.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- SPSS, Business Objects, Pro-Clarity
- Experience of analytics projects in large, complex data environments
- Ability to present complex data clearly
- Drive to innovate.
Not essential but we would be very interested to talk to candidates with online gaming/betting experience and knowledge of online and offline marketing techniques
