Our client based in Bristol renowned for their down to earth and friendly atmosphere is seeking a Clinical Negligence FILEX to join their well established and vibrant team. Joining this secure and successful law firm you will work with some of the most highly technical clinical negligence experts in the South West.
THE VACANCY
* Manage own caseload of files involving a wide range of clinical negligence cases
* Supervise paralegals within the team
* Support training and marketing activities
* Assist with auditing of cases as and when required
* Caseloads will involve some Legal Expense Insurance work
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Some experience of LEI claims would be an advantage but not essential
* A confident team player with the ability to run with your own caseload independently
* 2 years plus clinical negligence experience
* Good working knowledge of CPR
* A highly motivated and positive personality
