The purpose of this role, within the Clinical Operations team of a mid-size pharma, is to support and maintain clinical systems within Global Operations. As part of a small team and reporting into the Clinical Systems Manager, your focus is on system testing and specification reviews. You will be responsible for User Acceptance Testing of Global Operations Systems to include test documentation, testing and reporting the findings, organising and supervising testing and testing following patch releases and bug fixes. You will also be responsible for proposing system enhancements, supporting system maintenance and checking the quality of the data. You must be eligible to work in the EEA and be fluent in written and spoken English.
You will have a good understand of the clinical trials process and of software development lifecycle. Excellent attention to detail and comfortable with preparing data in tables/report format.
