The role will include the following: –


- Accountable for driving business performance achieving both departmental and club financial targets

- To recruit, train, develop and coach a team to ensure that KPI’s are delivered and continually improved upon
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same
- Deliver Club, Regional and National Promotions in line with business requirements
- Ensure adherence to all legislation and Company procedures club wide.

- To work across other areas of the club in line with business requirements and in line with personal development plans

- Work closely with other managers within the business to deliver improvements in admissions

- to be a keyholder and to undertake the role of duty manager in line with business requirements



Person Specification

The ideal candidate will come from a large muti site leisure, retail or hospitality background, be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and the ability to generate and sustain effective working relationships with a diverse range of people.

You will be self driven and continually looking to improve business performance.You will be comfortable dealing with a number of priorities at any one time through excellent orginsational skills. As you would expect in such a role, superb people management and interpersonal skills are essential to this role.

The role is based within a leisure environment and as such flexibility towards hours of work would also be essential to this role.
