Job Role

Purpose of Job:

- To lead the implementation and monitoring of the business development plans for up to 10 practices
- To ensure the achievement of the required profitability as defined by the company.
- To maximise the opportunities across the Cluster to achieve the Corporate strategic aims.
- Applying the Business Strategy into the working environment of the cluster to achieve the vision/mission of the Company.
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
- Previous Management experience in a multi site environment is essential.
- Financially literate with previous budgetary and cost management
- Computer literate - Excel
- Strong commercial acumen with good influencing skills
- Deadline orientated
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Some recruitment experience may be advantageous
Our client is a market-leading provider of specialist private healthcare.
Basic salary of £26,000 to £30,000 + car allowance

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
