Leading UK Company seeks a talented Cognos Consultant to work in their Birmingham office.
You will act as lead in the Cognos application area, providing subject matter expert knowledge enabling the application's benefits to be maximised throughout the company. Duties will include defining business needs, designing technical solutions, implementation, project management, stakeholder management and providing successful value add improvements throughout the company.
Candidates MUST have 1) Good experience of with the full Cognos 8 suite, ideally 8.4, 2) Proven track record in a similar role with Data Warehousing, dashboard and scorecard skills, 3) Good project management skills, 4) SQL and SQL Server 2000 / 2005 experience & 5) Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. ERP system experience is ideal.
