Working as part of our friendly team in our Sheffield contact centre, you will speak to customers to help them keep on top of their repayments. This is not aggressive credit control work, but a polite reminder, providing helpful advice and working with customers to come up with solutions that are good for them as well as our business.
Contact with our customers will not just be by phone, but fax, email and post so you’ll need to have an excellent standard of written and verbal communication. You will have a background in customer service, ideally in a telephone environment and any exposure to the world of financial services would be a bonus. Above all you must have a pleasant, positive, professional approach and the ability to negotiate confidently with customers who have different degrees of experience.
We have full time opportunities available as fixed term contracts of up to 12 months.
Full time hours will be 35.00 hours per week, Monday - Sunday, 8.00am - 9.00pm and a variety of morning and evenings.
You will also be required to work every other Saturday or Sunday.
