You will be required to deal with inbound and outbound calls with customers whose accounts are overdue. Negotiating with the customer to either set up a payment plan for them or take full payment for their debt, depending on their circumstance. Candidates must have previous call centre experience within a sales and or customer service role. Candidates will be required to pass a credit check and provide 5 years worth of references. Both part and full time hours are available.
