Collections Advisors - Part-Time / 23 hours per week.
Award winning, Leeds based Financial Services company wish to recruit a team of ambitious, highly motivated Part-Time Collections Advisors to join their rapidly expanding and highly successful business.

Duties will include:
- Reviewing accounts to determine the best possible action.
- Contacting customers, negotiating in an assertive manner to obtain payment promises from debtors.
- Following up on payment promises to secure on-going arrangements, re-negotiating with debtors who have broken payment plans.
Suitable candidates will have excellent communication and influencing skills, be highly motivated and target driven and have the ability to anticipate and resolve problems. Good IT skills, excellent telephone manner and real team spirit are essential.
