Collections Advisor Edinburgh City Centre £16 - £19K + perks Are you looking for a career with progression and clear promotion opportunities? We want to hear from you now!! My client a vibrant financial institution based in Edinburgh are looking for a Collections Advisor to join their company. The role will involve handling high volumes of customer calls, making out bound calls to existing clients, rearranging payment plans, processing all relevant documents, and responding and meeting expected levels of service. There will be ad-hock administration duties required including financial transactions and data input. Applicants should have previous collections / credit control experience ideally, however this is not essential. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are essential. You should be a team player as well as being self motivated. Hours will be on a rota basis with shifts from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday included.
