Collections Agents
Nottingham
£6.50 per hour
Temporary- ongoing
We require a number of experienced Customer Service candidates with knowledge of collections and debt recovery. Our client is a large Financial Services company and provides unsecured lending to the consumer market. You will be dealing with customers who have missed payments or have exceeded their agreed facility.
Duties include;
Inbound customer service
Providing payment plans and repayment options
Aiming to recover monies owed
Data entry
Experience/skills required;
Collections experience
Customer service experience
Good IT skills
Flexibility
Please note all successful applicants are required to pass a basic credit check. We are located just outside of Nottingham city centre and offer parking, access to the local tram and bus services and a rewarding working environment.
Candidates will be required to work one day at the weekend and weekday shifts will be 12pm - 8pm
