Newly created position with a £30m turnover nationwide service provider, they employ 250 people in the UK and the head office is based on the outskirts of York. They have a successful product and a long standing customer base.
Responsibilities will revolve around improving financial reporting, including management accounting, budgeting and forecasting processes. There will be the opportunity to provide in depth analysis and a key part of this role will surround creating quality reports and management information so non finance people in the business can make informed decisions.
The Financial Director feels the role may suit an individual looking for a 1st move from practice although industry based candidates will be considered.
