Salary:£22,000 - £32,000
Location:Oxford
A successful and expanding Insurance Brokerage are seeking a Commercial Broker to join a busy and thriving team.You will be responsible for managing new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals for a host of commercial businesses predominantly within the SME sector.
Responsibilities
Manage new and existing business enquiries in relation to a range of commercial risks
Liaise between insurers and policy holders top obtain the best premium for all parties
Build relationships with policy holders both over the phone and face to face
Maintain the professional reputation of the organisation through impeccable customer service, professional appearance, manner and attitude to wards work
Work within a team environment to achieve expected new business and renewal rates
Skills
Experience within the Insurance Industry with good working knowledge of commercial insurance, including Fleet and Commercial Package policies
Proven ability to work within a sales capacity, desirably within a commercially focussed environment
Developed negotiation skills and the ability to build good relationships
Self motivated and team orientated
