This
is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Insurance Brokerage within their
Commercial Insurance team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor your role will
be to deliver annual sales income targets through effective sales techniques,
outbound calling and cross selling to existing and new customers while
maintaining a high level of customer service and providing good accurate advice
to clients.
Responsibilities:
Achieve personal targets as set and agreed with the Sales Team Manager
Deal with all inbound quotation requests
Follow up on all Marketing leads received
Be Pro-active at all time to increase business opportunities by cross selling
and outbound calling prospects with and without renewal dates captured
Maintain client records on the marketing database
Provide a high level of support and advice to customers regarding the cover of
their policies
Maintain comprehensive diary system to chase customers who have not responded
to quotations within a required period to ensure high conversion
Activate cover within company guidelines
Be aware of local and national market trends and changes
Maintain awareness of existing and new product ranges
Skills:
Target driven
Excellent customer care skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage personal workload and meet deadlines
Ability to follow clear instructions to carry out given tasks
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment
