My client is a 75 year old multinational consultancy that specialises in a number of niche engineering areas. With a turnover approaching £1bn, it has remained strong throughout the economic downturn and as a result, has recently been awarded projects of a similar nature in a number of countries throughout the MENA region.
Stemming from mainly a buildings and villa nature, the mixed use developments have a value of over £2bn and will become both a touristic and a integral part of life in those countries. I require commercial managers with tremendous experience in projects of a similar nature and who have managed teams of quantity surveyors.
MRICS qualified and comfortable with the FIDIC form of contracts, you will be responsible for heading up teams of quantity surveyors on these particular projects. Ideally you will also have experience in the field of claims and ideally international experience.
