Commercial Mortgage Broker wanted to be based in WinchesterOur client is an independent business mortgage broker, with over 30 years' experience in arranging business mortgages and an unrivalled knowledge of financing businesses within the hospitality, leisure, care and retail sectors.
We are looking to recruit a professional, well presented and pro-active commercial mortgage broker in the Winchester Office.
The opportunity to generate business is vast, with one of the highest volumes of new buyers and potential new business in the company network. Attributes required include excellent communication skills and a proven mortgage sales history, together with an overwhelming appetite for business development.
Essential experience:Commercial Mortgage or Corporate Lending background is essential coupled with experience of putting proposals forward to lenders and credit committee’s.
