Our client, an international property organisation a currently looking for a Commercial Property Accountant to join the team. You will be working closely with the Financial Controller and provide support to the finance function of the group. You will be required to prepare service charge accounts and budgets. You will also be responsible for reconciling and auditing transactions on accounts and in compliance to RICS regulations. You be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent communication and organisational skills. The preferred candidate will be part-qualified or studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA, have excellent commercial accounting experience and strong financial acumen.
