Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol – RD-2762
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000 – 45,000 + Benefits

This established firm are looking to grow their commercial property team further with the addition of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (2 years PQE) to handle a varied caseload of existing and new cases.
The team nationally stands at 30+ Fee Earning staff across several strategic locations and the South West team already have a strong reputation within the region for their client care and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property cases including landlord and tenant, Developers (in conjunction with the planning and construction team) and some pension fund cases
Assist with Company Commercial cases that involve Commercial Property
Liaise with colleagues in Construction, Planning and Company Commercial groups to ensure client management and marketing are maintained at a high standard
Actively participate in Networking events including seminars and other events
Assist with the Marketing and Business Development for the Commercial Property Group
Assist the Senior Partner on high profile or high value cases
Liaise with key stakeholders
Skills:
Candidates should have previous experience within Commercial Property with 2-4 years’ Post Qualification Experience gained within a regional or national firm
Have a skillset that includes high level Communication (Both Written and Verbal), Negotiation and IT Skills with a good level of technical knowledge of Commercial Property cases
Be proactive and prepared to attend networking events both internal and external
