Due to expansion this leading UK insurance organisation is looking for a Commercial Underwriter to join their growing team in Colchester.
Responsibilities:
- Underwrite a variety of Commercial risks, this will involve new business quotes, mid term adjustments and renewal invitations.
- Develop and maintain close and effective relationships with our brokers, customers,
claims, sales and survey colleagues
Experience:
- Relevant commercial underwriting experience in property, business interruption,
liability and ancillary commercial combined covers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and be confident in building relationships
- This would suit an ambitious insurance professional who is looking to further their
