Job Role

Due to increases in work volumes from existing clients and new clients, the Business Services Team is growing and now requires an additional Commercial IT/IP Solicitor to join its team.

Working within the commercial team in the South Coast offices the successful candidate will undertake a wide range of commercial work, including some IP licensing, IT contracts, distribution agreements and e-commerce related work.
The well-respected established team works with an exciting national client base.
This role would suit an experienced Commercial IT/IP Solicitor with expertise in general commercial work, IT and IP. You should have had some exposure to working on large complex matters. You will need excellent communication and drafting skills and the confidence to deal with clients from the outset.
National firm with good rankings in Chambers and Legal 500.
Competitive remuneration package.
