Commis Chef, North East, We are currently working with a Rosette awarded hotel in the north east within driving distance of Newcastle . The hotel is part of a group of hotels and can offer great career opportunities and has a restaurant, lounge, banqueting and conference facilities.
The role:
As Commis chef you will work in a section of the kitchen and support the chef de parties. You will be involved in both food preparation and cooking. All the food is cooked using fresh ingredients.
Experience:
We are looking for a Commis chef with previous experience with hotels.
