The ideal candidate will be responsible for acceptance and commissioning activities on 2G and 3G network elements. In return, you'll be offered a salary of £180 - £220per day.
Key Objectives:
. Commissioning of 2G and 3G RAN elements
. Complete any outstanding installation work, to include coaxial cable termination
. Network expansions on both 2G and 3G network elements
. Be able to work in a safety conscious manner and to agreed H&S procedures
Essential experience:
. Exposure to process improvement methodologies in a customer focused organisation
. Have a good understanding of how the 2G/3G network is structured
. Have an excellent understanding of a Radio Base Station and it's configuration
. Excellent knowledge of 2G and 3G network entities and preferably ALU 3G RAN network elements
. Working at heights/Rooftop worker certification
. Ability to use transmission test equipment, spectrum analyser and TEMS equipment
