Community Home Care Nurse, Swindon
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Community Home Care Nursing roles around the Swindon area to work on a permanent full time basis.
We are looking for confident and articulate qualified nurses with experience in ITU, HDU, critical care, A&E or possibly a surgical ward setting. You will be confident in delivering a high level of clinical care and have regular tracheotomy working practice experience whilst working within a patients home.
You will be working for a well-known and established Healthcare provider you will need to be able to work largely autonomously and be able to assess, plan and implement ongoing care to patient and provide support and guidance to both the patient and their family. You will need to be an effective communicator and be able to maintain records.
