Excellent opportunity for a Community Support Lead / Customer Support Representative to join a large organisation! You must have experience in a customer support role with good Team Leadership / Management experience. Ideally you will have experience gained in a support department for online games / community gaming.
This is a client-side role for a well known international brand! Any international experience would be advantageous and ideally you should be fluent in French (spoken and written).
Working as the Community Support Lead / Customer Support Representative/ Customer Support Manager you will be responsible for managing the Community Support Team which will include email and phone support, in game events management and analysis of reports from the community. Other responsibilities will include: Coach, mentor, inspire and develop members of the team; Ensure standards are met in terms of moderation, online safety and customer support; Conduct regular reviews of team members and ensure continued training of the team.
