This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in Compensation and Benefits who likes the challenge of implementing new ideas and procedures. As a new function within the company you will enjoy bringing your expertise to the table!
Acting as the main liaison between your company, the payroll provider and benefits broker, you will ensure the accurate processing, recording and reconciliation of the company’s payroll and benefits administration, whilst maintaining a competitive market position within compensation. Your principal accountabilities will be a mixture of compensation and benefits and payroll, some of your duties will include;
·Maintain records of benefits provision including new starters and leavers
·Vendor Management and liaison
·Maintaining salary bands and compensation analysis activity
·Provide reports and calculation of monthly payroll cycle
·Review and control company bank account.
·Ensure the timely completion of a payroll migration
To be considered for this role you will need to;
·Have a proven track record in Compensation and Benefits including salary analysis and benchmarking
·Be very organised and have a great attention to detail
·Exceptional at problem solving with high standards of work
·Able to work autonomously demonstrating excellent communication skills
·Experience / knowledge of payroll issues and legislation is highly desirable
