As Compensation and Benefits Manager you be a key player in assisting and developing long term strategies within reward. This role offers the challenge of both working at an operational level and influencing and supporting stragegy. Key projects will include, investigating payroll and tax implications for new business areas, undertaking analysis of salaries, benefits, roles/ job families, internal and external benchmarking and benefit scheme development. Strong global compensation and benefits experience is required along with a positive & proactive approach to an evolving business. You will be highly numerate and have advance excel skills to be successful.
