This role will have exposure to the full compensations and benefits remit. The role will be split into 50% specialist support to the UK business and 50% to the EMEA region. You will have experience liaising with external vendors e.g. Watson Wyatt, Towers Perrin and McLagan, be able to lead on policy development and new process implementation and be able to analyse a wealth of market data.
