Compliance Officer
The Company
A well established UK based Investment firm have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join their successful team.
The Role
The main purpose of the role will be to:
*Monitor all business activity and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with the FSA rules and regulations,
*Responsible for drafting compliance review reports and establishing internal operating procedures
*Monitor the Company's Compliance Manual and Compliance Monitoring Program
*Take on the CF10 and CF11 responsibilities
The benefits
oThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a CF10 & CF11 role within a bank or investment firm, excellent knowledge of AML and good experience of monitoring. You will also have in-depth knowledge of FSA Rules and regulations relating to the investment industry,
