My client one of the countries leading IFA firms are currently recruiting for a Compliance Supervisor to be based out their Exeter based office. Reporting directly into the Compliance Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the compliance team.
The main duties of the role will be:
- Assessing the accuracy, completeness and suitability of business.
- To record and log case information.
- To assess the suitability of cases where pre-sale approval is required.
- To be responsible for maintaining accurate records.
- To participate in training and competence plans.
You will ideally be FPC or equivalent qualified with experience of operating in a regulatory environment. You will be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail, and be able to process information quickly and effectively. You will be comfortable operating in a team environment, but also have the ability to work autonomously without supervision.
