Compliance and Business Development Consultant
The Company
A well established Independent Financial Management company have an exciting opportunity for Compliance and Business Development Consultant to join their London based team.
The Role
The main purpose of the role will be proposal checking for compliance purposes and T&C Monitoring for IFA'S and Mortgage Advisors.
Your duties will include:
Comply new business and liaise with IFA to resolve any issues arising, provide feedback in respect of proposal checking.
Collect KPI data on a monthly basis.
Field enquiries from IFA's (pre-submission and business in progress).
Reporting to Compliance Officer and assisting in T&C/AML procedures.
Training & Competence for RI's and assisting with competent advisor status/training. Development of T&C systems, under supervision of Compliance Officer

The right candidate must have full FPC's and the G60 qualification. You will also have proven supervisory, training, coaching, communication, analytical and interpretation skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels,
