Concession Manager, New Malden, Surrey, c£23K OTE £35K

A brand that requires very little introduction, Apple is looking for a new face to work within a concession style environment within a large out-of-town retailer in New Malden, Surrey.

You will help people learn about, shop for and get the most out of their Apple products.Because of this approach, specific retail experience is not absolutely essential – creative professionals, technical experts and business consultants have all successfully found a position within the business.Personality – and a real passion for the products - is key.

You will become an expert on all Apple products, lead customers on tours specific to their needs, take them on product test-drives and help them find the right technology for their requirements. You’ll be responsible for running your own area within the store and will need to build strong working relationships with the host store management and staff.

We’re looking for someone who believes in delivering outstanding customer service, has the authority and gravitas to command respect and the ability to build real rapport with your customers.You should be approachable and charismatic and care about the experience of every customer visiting your concession.

The position entails dealing with customers to encourage a sale, as well as conducting planned presentations throughout the day for customers who are interested in the products.You must, therefore, be confident, articulate, able to communicate to exceptional levels and able to convey your own enthusiasm for this amazing product range.
