This is a great opportunity to join an exciting new women's fashion brand. We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Concession Manager.
The company is an exciting new brand offering relaxed glamour combined with expert style advice at accessible prices . The company offers a fashion boutique style for the 30 something woman. The highly experienced management team have worked in the market sector for over 20 years and bring a wealth of knowledge of running a successful womenswear brand.
In this role you will create and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will help coach and motivate the team and ensure the overall success of the department through creating customer interest and driving sales performance.
You will have experience of :-
A proven track record of delivering results and profit in fashion retail
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Confidence in styling customers with the lastest collections.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
High standards of Visual Merchandising and stock presentation in store
Good Commercial focus
